Fishing for the most part has been very good the past 3 days. Sunday was a BAIL job! Everyone on board including the young kids had their limit on bluefish. A few nice keeper bass were also landed.
Sunday and Monday evening trips were slow due to the slack tide in the middle of the trip, though some big porgies were caught to keep things interesting.
Tuesday saw a decent pick of porgies in the morning and the day ended with a few great drifts diamond jigging for bass and blues. Tues evening saw some real good action on big porgies at the middle.
When conditions allow the chunking bite has
also been great with several bass landed over twenty lbs on
bunker.
The flood tide has been slower, but there have
been some quality porgies to 3 lbs at the middle grounds to keep
things interesting.
Sailing two combo trips daily.
