The fluke/bottom fishing combos have been excellent the past few days.

The day trip yesterday saw a full limit of fluke for 12 fares. Nothing big but plenty of action. We had one good shot at the porgies but the bite died when we lost the tide so we decided to stay with the fluke.

The evening trip saw a decent pick of fluke off cedar beach to start the trip and then an all out slaughter on big scup off Rocky Point.

Today was a one drop bail on the scup to 18 inches off Mt Sinai to start the day. After everyone had their limit we switched to fluke had a very good pick off Miller place with many fares landing their limit. Few decent fish 4-5 lbs. All in all a very good day.
